Ingredients & Preparation

  • 2 ounces Bourbon
  • 3/4 ounces Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 ounces Simple Syrup
  • 3 ounces Dry Champagne

Shaken and served in a highball glass.

Short shake all ingredients (except the champagne) with 3 ice cubes, then strain into a fizz glass over 2 ice cubes. Top with champagne. No garnish.
