Ingredients & Preparation

  • 3 ounces Blackberries
  • 2 ounces Flor De Cana White Rum
  • 3/4 ounces Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 ounces Ginger Syrup
  • 1/4 ounces Orgeat
  • 1/4 ounces Honey Syrup

Shaken and served in a highball glass.

In a Pilsner glass, gently muddle the blackberries. Fill the glass with crushed ice. In a shaker, whip the remaining ingredients, shaking with a few pieces of crushed ice just until incorporated. Strain into the glass. Garnish with a thin layer of Peychaud's bitters and serve with a straw.
