Ingredients & Preparation

  • 2 ounces Reposado Tequila
  • 3/4 ounces Lime Juice
  • 1/4 ounces Simple Syrup
  • 1/2 ounces Creme De Cassis
  • 2 ounces Ginger Beer

Stirred and served in a highball glass.

Build the drink in the glass. Working with one ingredient at a time, gently add the tequila, lime juice, simple syrup, and creme de cassis. Top with the ginger beer. Stir the drink gently once or twice to combine the ingredients. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint. Serve with a straw.
