Gin Fizz
Ingredients & Preparation
- 2 ounces London Dry Gin
- 3/4 ounces Lemon Juice
- 3/4 ounces Simple Syrup
- 1 ounce Egg White
- 3 ounces Club Soda
Shaken and served in a highball glass.
Dry shake all ingredients EXCEPT club soda, add ice and shake again, strain into highball glass and top with club soda, no garnish
