Ingredients & Preparation

  • 1 1/2 ounces Plymouth Gin
  • 3/4 ounces Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 ounces Yellow Chartreuse
  • 1/2 ounces Honey Syrup
  • 3 ounces Sage Leaves
  • 3 ounces Apple (slices)

Shaken and served in a coupe glass.

Add apple slices and sage leaves to bottom of shaker and muddle, add remaining ingredients and shake with ice, strain into a coupe glass, garnish with a slapped sage leaf
