  • 1 1/2 ounces Rye Whiskey
  • 1/2 ounces Cognac
  • 1 teaspoon Demerara Gum Syrup
  • 4 dashes Peychaud's Bitters
  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters
  • 1 rinse Absinthe

Stirred and served in a rocks glass.

Absinthe rinse rocks glass, stir ingredients with ice, strain into glass (no ice), express lemon twist over the drink and discard
