Aperol Spritz
Ingredients & Preparation
- 2 ounces Aperol
- 3 ounces Prosecco
- 2 ounces Soda Water
Stirred and served in a flute glass.
Pour Aperol into wine glass, fill glass with ice cubes, then pour sparkling wine and seltzer and quickly mix with barspoon, garnish with grapefruit wedge
