Pisco Sour
Ingredients & Preparation
- 2 ounces Pisco
- 3/4 ounces Simple Syrup
- 1/2 ounces Lemon Juice
- 1/2 ounces Lime Juice
- 1 ounce Egg White
Shaken and served in a coupe glass.
Dry shake all the ingredients, then add ice and shake again, strain into a coupe glass, garnish with 3-4 dashes of angostura bitters
