  • 1 ounce Rye Whiskey
  • 1 ounce Cognac
  • 1/2 ounces Giffard Banana du Bresil
  • 1/2 teaspoons Demerara Gum Syrup
  • 1 dash Aromatic Bitters

Stirred and served in a rocks glass.

Absinthe rinse rocks glass, stir ingredients with ice, strain into glass (no ice), express lemon twist over the drink and discard
