Ingredients & Preparation
- 1 1/2 ounces Mount Gay Rum
- 1 1/2 ounces Pineapple Juice
- 1/2 ounces Dry Curacao
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Shaken and served in a coupe glass.
Shake all ingredients (EXCEPT garnish) with ice, strain into a coupe glass, garnish with freshly grated nutmeg
